Cat and Drew | Engaged

Cat and Drew are a totally adorable couple, and the kind of cool Birmingham people you just want to know. They live right downtown, and during our session together on Sunday, they were giving me all sorts of pointers about fun spots, yummy restaurants, and things to do in the area. Jamie and I are still very much trying to get to know all the local favorites, so I loved getting pointers from these two. Drew is a wine rep (how cool is that!) and met Cat when they were both working at Dave’s Pub. They’ll be tying the knot in May, and if their personalities are any indication, I think it’ll be a pretty sweet party.

Please note the amazingness of the outfits they chose. I wish I could pull off hats the way these two do….

We stumbled across this adorable food truck in Railroad Park… I have no desire to live in California, but I wouldn’t mind if a little west coast food truck culture made its way down South. :)

The little old man who was manning the truck insisted that Cat and Drew get inside of it for a couple of photos. Who am I to argue?

I can’t get over how LONG and gorgeous Cat’s hair is! Gah!

Can I just say how GLORIOUS this day was after an entire week of gloom and doom weather? I have some major S.A.D. and I was starting to get seriously depressed. This golden light as the perfect cure.

So fab.

Drew’s looking dapper, no? I told him he was channeling some serious Don Draper vibes.
