I’ll admit it: I have a crush on Diane and Jason’s wedding.
My first thought when she told me they were getting married at Tannehill State Park and sent me photos of the little white chapel in the woods where the ceremony would be, and the precious schoolhouse where they would have their reception, was “Can I please redo my own wedding so we could have it here?!” This venue is beyond adorable, and it was perfect for Diane and Jason’s intimate, personal Sunday afternoon wedding. It ended up also being an absolutely stunning fall day, with the leaves at their peak and brisk sunshine, which only added to the beauty of everything.
As you might remember from their engagement session (also a favorite!), these two love books and film, so the schoolhouse setting was a perfect backdrop for the day. Diane and her amazing florist Laurie of LSL Event Design used the existing vintage decor and color palette as inspiration for the flowers and decorations, and I loved the Americana feel of it all, especially during this time of year in the south.
I hope you guys enjoy these photos as much as we enjoyed taking them! Huge thanks as always to the lovely Mary Margaret Smith for assisting, and for capturing some of the shots you’ll see below.

Rachel - Oh, Morgan! I am in love with this wedding! It was so perfect in every way and your capturing of it is beyond brilliant. So many shots made me catch my breathe or say, “Awwww!” And I got a kick out of the man sitting at the desk with his hand raised. What a lovely, loving, unique, and sweet wedding!

Kelly - I love the invites in the oval frame, the chalkboard messages, the leaf send-off, and my absolute fave is the two of them kissing in the doorway of the chapel. Awesome, Morgan!
Sarah - Morgan, you have seriously outdone yourself yet again! What an incredible set of images and the venue was to die for. Colors were perfection and yet again, I’m blown away by your talent!
