I’m sure the guy at Urban Standard thought I was a total lunatic when I busted in yesterday, snatched up their last copy of Birmingham Magazine, and didn’t actually buy any coffee or food. But alas, I was on a mission. I flipped furiously to Page 8 and did a little dance slash squeal. Because there, right in front of my eyes, were my photographs. In print. In a real magazine. That people actually read.

You might remember the shoot I did with Carrie Rollwagen for her Shop Small blog not long ago. Well, she sent the images to the magazine, and it turns out they liked them so much they decided to do a full page spread. So here it is, in all its glory.
A huge thank you to Carrie for allowing me to come along on her adventure, and I hope this feature takes her blog to all sorts of new heights and places.
